Losing a close friend feels like losing a part of yourself and when my friend died suddenly, it was very hard. I felt deep sadness that wouldn’t go away and everything seemed unfair.
While trying to find a way to feel better, I learned about Duchess Bune, who is said to help the dead find peace and help the living move on. I wasn’t sure about asking for help from a spiritual being, but I was willing to try.
One evening, I just sat by the window, looked at the stars and quietly asked Bune to bring peace to my friend and help me accept and maybe understand this loss over time.
After that, I slowly started to feel a bit better. It wasn’t quick, but like slowly clearing fog. I began to remember my friend with happiness instead of just sadness.
Memories that used to hurt now felt comforting. It seemed like Bune was helping me handle my grief, reminding me of the good times instead of the sad ending.
Sometimes, when I felt very sad, I would suddenly feel warm and reassured that my friend was at peace, like a reminder that I wasn’t alone in feeling this way.
With Bune’s help, I learned that grieving isn’t about forgetting or moving on quickly. It’s about keeping the love and memories in a way that isn’t too hard to handle. I’ve found some peace now, a kind of acceptance that helps me live with my loss without it taking over.
I’m thankful to Bune for her help during this tough time. Grieving takes a while, but with her support, I know I can get through it.
